The competition goal is to provide international competitive experience to smaller clubs so they can improve their performance. The groups are delegated as there shall not be two clubs from the same country in the same group. All teams will qualify for the play off, where top teams from each group will face bottom teams from the other group, i.e. A1 will face B4, A2-B3, B1-A4 and B2-A3. Teams will play two games to qualify for the Final Four. In case both teams win one game, the score difference will decide the winner.
